THE PASTOR
Dr. Joe Tims, Sr., came to Tabernacle Baptist Church April 3, 1973. Dr. Tims is a graduate of the Bible Baptist Seminary with a Bachelor of Divinity and the Arlington Baptist College with a Bachelor of Arts. He is also a graduate of the Bethany Bible College with a Masters and Doctorate of Theology; is a certified Master Police Chaplain in the International Conference of Police Chaplains and has a Masters of Science in Counseling from Southern Christian University of Montgomery, Alabama and a Ph.D. in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Bible College. Dr. Tims has forty years in the Gospel Ministry. He has served as adjutant professor at the Arlington Baptist College in the Bible Department, Christian Counseling Department and Psychology Department . He has served on the board of the Arlington Baptist College.
ASSOCIATE TO THE PASTOR - Rev. Andy Walters
Andy and his wife Janie, re-united with Tabernacle Baptist Church in1995. Prior to this date he pastored Stepping Stone Baptist Church, Ardmore,Oklahoma and the Grace Baptist Church of Newark, Texas. He surrendered to preach in 1971 and was ordained at Tabernacle Baptist Church in 1974. Andy has attended the University of North Texas and the Arlington Baptist College with emphasis in Pastoral Studies. In addition to being the Associate to the Pastor, he serves the Lord in the capacity of Sunday School Administrator,Visitational Coordinator and Bus Director.
MUSIC DIRECTOR - Paul McPherson
Paul has been with Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1966. He and hiswife Nancy, served the Lord in the capacity of Youth Leaders for fifteen years. He has also served as Puppet Ministry Director and Assistant MusicDirector prior to taking the position of Music Director in 1996. He attended Arlington Baptist College with emphasis in Bible Studies and has an Associates in Business from Tarrant County Junior College.

Maxine has been a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1959.Prior to taking the responsibility of Children's' Ministries Coordinator (Nursery, Toddlers' and Children's Church), she served the Lord in the capacity of Sunday School Teacher. She attended Arlington Baptist College with emphasis in Bible Studies and Child Evangelism.

Syliva Rose has been a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1987. She has served faithfully in the Toddler's Church since 1994 and as a Sunday School Teacher since 1998.
Judy Ringwald has been a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1969 and served faithfully in the capacity of Sunday School Teacher, Toddlers' Church Teacher. Judy has attended Child Evangelism Classes at Arlington Baptist College.
1st thru 3rd Grade - Travis and Katheryn Bissell - Travis is a graduate of Arlington Baptist College and Katheryn attended ABC.
4th thru 6th Grade - Pat & Barbara Finley
Pat and Barbara have been members of Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1992. Prior to joining Tabernacle they were Children's Church Directors at Liberty Baptist Church in Wichita Falls, Texas. Pat is a graduate of the USAF Academy with an Aeronautical Engineering Degree.The Finley's serve the Lord faithfully as Sunday School Teachers and as leaders in our Children's Church Ministry.
7th - 12th Grade - Tony & AshLeigh Tims
Tony has been at Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1973 and his wife, AshLeigh since 1981. They serve the Lord in various capacities and are a part of the teaching staff. In addition to Sunday School Teachers, Tony and Ashleigh serve the Lord as leaders in our Children's Church Ministry.
ETERNAL BUS CAPTAIN - Frank Wright, Jr.
Frank Wright, Jr., lovingly called Bro. Wright, who was a member of Tabernacle for thirty-four years and was instrumental in the Church starting a Bus Ministry, he served faithfully in the Bus Ministry thoughout those years. His efforts are recognized by the lives changed and 100s' saved, some of the current membership is a direct result of his commitment and dedication. Bro. Wright graduated on April 22, 2000 to his eternal reward in Heaven.
